days at Disneyland

Just today we were discussing the fate of our annual passes.  Turns out, not renewing our passes this year is meaning we most likely will be booking another trip, soon!  It will be hard to let go of our passes, but we are hoping to go again in the fall for another dapper day, maybe just doing their convention rate passes and go for the afternoon/evening only.  There are also some great rates on the resort hotels for this convention, which might be a great excuse to stay on property and enjoy the pools!

But while I figure out all of those details, here are some images from our last trip a few weeks ago. And when I mean some, I mean a ton!

We just got back from Disneyland and I was able to take advantage of my exhausted toddler sleeping in the middle of the day to edit our newest mini film.

Not featured, the six hours of pure el nino downpour on our second day.  And our unfortunate footwear for a 20% chance of rain that flooded the streets.  Or our collection of $50 park ponchos.

Disneyland's Diamond Celebration [mini film]

Well, after battling some hard drive issues [I take too many photos], I have finally tackled our Disneyland video.  This was our first trip since the 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration had officially begun, and let me just tell you, it is SO worth the visit.  Really, the shows are where it is at. Everything from the Disneyland Forever Fireworks to the updated World of Color is everything a Disney fan wants it to be.  And if you are especially emotional about all things Disneyland, then maybe get a tissue ready!  So here it is, just shy of ten minutes and covering our three days in the parks.  And yes, I've decided that some piece of the Up soundtrack needs to be in EVERY Disneyland mini film, and yes, taking video of other people taking video on iPads is a real thing.  So let's just say it's artistic.
